Mundo Livre S/A | A Expressão Exata
This band formed in Recife (Pernambuco) in 1984, out of the remains of three deceased punk bands (Trapaça, Serviço Sujo, and Câmbio Negro). Mundo Livre S/A spent several years playing under massive booing, especially when they played the tamborim (a percussion instrument traditional in the samba genre). In 1987, the band's instruments were stolen, thus causing the dissolution of the group. Bandleader Fred04 , a journalist by profession, went to São Paulo and worked there for one year. Upon his return, the city was changing with the formation of an alternative audience for unorthodox acts like his. ( more ).

Felix Bravo
Felixbravo is the latest project from the composers João Félix and Bernardo Bravo.
Working together for more than 6 years in Curitiba, João and Bernardo always compose following the path of love for their art. This project is the outcome of the mutual love for music and friendship shared between this two young guys.
Of course many poetic songs are yet to come, celebrating the warm and light-hearted feeling that brazilian music can inspire, like a sunset on the beach.

Siba | Ariana
Siba at Recife, 2012 .
Born in the cosmopolitan city of Recife, to a family with strong bonds
to its rural origins, Siba grew up between town and country, two worlds
that are part of a single entity. From his first encounters with the
traditions of the "Mata Norte" he began a long history of apprenticeship
and collaboration, exercising through the years the fundamentals of
rhythmic poetry to become one of the main masters of the new generation
of ciranda and maracatu nowadays. At the same time, as a member of the
seminal group "Mestre Ambrósio", he developed an innovative and singular
musical style, in which the dialogue of the traditional with the
contemporary, the past with the present, the street with the stage are
an unmistakable feature.
